My name is Lianne; I’m a young mother, a civil servant, and someone who finds both peace and inspiration in nature. For me, being outdoors isn’t just a hobby but a way of seeing the world: I observe, discover and marvel at everything — from the tiniest detail in the microcosm of nature to the vastness of a landscape unfolding in silence.
In my spare time, I head out with my camera. I love to photograph the subtle beauty that often goes unnoticed: textures, patterns, the play of light, colours that are only visible if you pause for a moment. Micro-nature has captured my heart, but landscapes and animal portraits also play a major role in my work. Animals with character, a gaze that catches your eye for just a moment, a moment you cannot stage — I love capturing those.
My photography is a combination of attention, patience and wonder. I try not only to show what I see, but above all what I feel when I’m outdoors: tranquillity, space, gentleness and sometimes a touch of humour. Through my images, I hope to take others along on those small moments of silence and beauty that nature gives us day after day.
