It started when I was patiently waiting my turn at my local butcher for the umpteenth time. I noticed how little decorative material hung on the wall there. To be honest, there was nothing nice to look at. And if there was anything hanging there it had nothing to do with the butcher's shop. A missed opportunity, because with a little creativity you can turn a butcher's shop into something attractive that can also teach you something. As a butcher you can immediately answer and indicate where all the pieces come from. As a butcher, you might even get a spontaneous communication with your customers, you can let yourself go full steam ahead, gaining a greater appreciation for this wonderful craft.
We are all born as real carnivores, if we also make the effort to find out, with healthy curiosity, to know what you are eating right, origin animal,... Then we are doing well! Above all, eat a variety of foods in moderation and let it taste good together with people with the same passion as yours.
