About Danny van de Griend
For me, photography is a way of bringing silence, emotion and transience into view.
I seek out images in which space, movement and feeling come together — minimalist, poetic and sometimes a touch raw.
Inspired by the sea, the wind, emptiness and human emotion, I create fine art photography that is not only meant to be seen, but above all to be felt.
With every image, I try to create something that is not only beautiful to look at, but also evokes a response.
