About Arne Vierlinger
Arne Vierlinger, born in Munich in 1947, is an experienced artist in digital painting.
As a celebrity painter, he became known in Munich for his portrait drawings of the Minister of Economic Affairs Erwin Huber, Constantin Wecker, Father Anselm Grün, Günter Grünwald and many others.
Years ago he painted in oil and watercolour, but since 1992 he has been working with digital painting, which is not only reminiscent of works by Salvador Dali or Hieronymus Bosch, but often surpasses them in flash of inspiration. Superimposed layers show impressive compositions from the world of plants and animals, merging with buildings and people.
He has had solo and group exhibitions in various venues such as the Unimog Museum Gaggenau, the Obacht art fair in Munich and Art Karlsruhe 5x from 2010 to 2014 inclusive. He was also the 2nd board member of the art association Art Baden-Baden e.V. for 10 years.
