About Albert Videt Jensen
I am a French photographer with degrees in photography and computer graphics from the Université de Provence. My work primarily explores architecture, heritage, cultural landscapes, and the traces of history embedded within our contemporary environments.
Through my travels and documentary features, I have photographed numerous locations across Europe and the Middle East, including Germany, Belgium, Greece, Russia, Iran, and France. My approach emphasizes light, composition, and the ongoing dialogue between humanity, architecture, and the land.
My photographs have been published in several books and journals, including Découvertes Gallimard, Le Journal du Louvre, publications from the Royal Ontario Museum, Flammarion, and Le Moniteur. They have also been featured in editorial, cultural, and heritage projects both in France and internationally.
Alongside my personal artistic practice, I have produced photographic reportages for architects, landscape designers, urban planners, and institutions, documenting both historical sites and contemporary development projects.
Through this gallery, I wish to share images that bear witness to the unique character of places, their memory, and their often understated beauty.
