About the artwork

The painting takes the viewer on a fascinating journey into a mysterious world. We stand at the exit of a huge tunnel and look into the bright landscape that lies before us in the daylight. The walls of the tunnel are overgrown with lush grasses that cling to the invisible ground below and have a natural splendour in this unman-made structure.

Bright daylight enters the tunnel from outside, and as soon as our eyes adjust to the blinding light, we glimpse an inviting, rolling landscape. The sky is a deep blue, with white clouds unfolding picturesquely. The lush green of the tall grass dominates the scenery and creates a pleasant contrast to the thought of the darkness of the tunnel.

A stream meanders gently out of the tunnel and ends at the tunnel opening, where it forms a calm body of water. The painting conveys a sense of harmony between the strange and natural world, a combination of magic and nature in an enchanting symbiosis.

This painting reminds us that the beauty of nature is everywhere, even in unexpected places, and that we should always be ready to discover and appreciate it.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
