At the edge of the Markermeer lake, ice has formed after a reasonable winter. this happens when temperatures rise again a bit and a wind moves in. in this case, westerly wind. It creates floes that slide over each other and in some cases form patterns or are pushed up vertically. When the sun rises and shines its orange glow through such a floe with the bluish ice as its foundation, you get such a scene.
