This photo shows the Zeeland village of Wolphaartsdijk seen from the point where the Katse ferry used to leave for Zuid-Beveland. Sometime in 1980 Jan bought his first SLR camera and since that time a camera has always been at his fingertips. His varied work ranges from snapshots of people in his immediate surroundings to landscape, macro and bird photography. He is also the regular photographer of his wife's ballet school and thus regularly at work in the theater.
