About ‘Windmill The Adriaan in Haarlem’ by Shot by Ari

The iconic windmill de Adriaan in Haarlem is a unique image of the Netherlands, combined in a city setting. The windmill is a typical Dutch image, but nowhere more unique than in Haarlem, on the Spaarne in the city center.

They sunrise and sunset, the Adriaan with its lighting is a true spectacle to see and visit, and it can now hang on your wall.

With the old Koepelgevangenis in the background, with the Spaarne in the foreground and in the middle of the image the proud windmill the Adriaan. Captured by using a long shutter speed, leaving the Spaarne as a silky smooth expanse of water still reflecting the Adriaan.

As a true Haarlem fan, the Adriaan should not be missing from your wall.
