About ‘Water Wachters’ by Lia Lavoir

Met deze fotoserie wil ik de kracht van de eenvoud laten zien. De manier van leven waar ik me goed bij voel.

Ik wil een onderwerp laten zien, zonder te veel afleiding van zaken die er voor mij niet toe doen. Net als in het leven moet je vaak terug naar de kern. Zodat het duidelijk wordt wat je wil bereiken, laten zien of wat je op kunt lossen.

Op de foto’s zie je de kracht van de strandpalen in het water met altijd wel ergens de mens. De palen staan als ‘Water Wachters’ symbool voor de bescherming de mens van het achterland tegen rampzalige invloeden
