About the artwork

On a bright May day, Montmartre wakes up in full bloom and a homemade photo captures the vibrant splendour of Paris' blue rooftops. The countless small chimneys, like silent observers, protruding from the rooftops, bear witness to the stories and secrets of times gone by.
The sky is clear and an intense blue, in perfect harmony with the slate grey and blue tiles of the roofs. The magnificent parish church of Saint-Eustache rises in the distance, its Gothic towers towering proudly and glowing in the warm light of the spring sun. Even further back is the imposing Pantheon, a symbol of the great thinkers and heroes of France, whose mighty dome stands like a sentinel over the city in the distance.
The sun bathes the city in a soft light that illuminates the facades of the buildings and transforms the streets of Montmartre into a lively interplay of light and shadow. The trees are in full bloom, their green leaves providing a fresh contrast to the urban colours and spreading a hint of spring in the air.
This photograph is a visual poem that captures the beauty and romance of a May day in Paris. It tells of the timeless elegance and everlasting charm of this city, where past and present blend in harmonious melody. At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
