Lighthouse keeping the coast safe at low tide.

Valderøya or Valderøy is an island off the west coast of Norway. It is part of the municipality of Giske in Møre og Romsdal. The island is connected to the city of Ålesund to the south via the Valderøy Tunnel to the island of Ellingsøy and then through the Ellingsøy Tunnel to Ålesund.
