The photo was taken on a sunny day at the beginning of spring near the South Holland village of Langerak, municipality of Molenlanden, region of Alblasserwaard.
The name of the road is 'Tiendweg', a common name in the river area in the central Netherlands. A tiendweg is a road built on a peat bank that often runs parallel to a peat stream.
