A wash plain in the German Wadden Sea near Vollerwiek.
The tide is going out and the water is flowing back through the channels and creeks. It is a clear sunny day, Not a cloud in the sky. The clear blue sky reflects in the water still in the creeks and channels.
The brown/black sand contrasts nicely with the blue water, making the structures in the sand stand out clearly. The image is almost graphic and abstract.
The lack of other natural elements and human activity creates a calming minimalist image.
This image fits well in a space where one wants to unwind, reflect or meditate.
