Tips for use
  • Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
  • Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
  • Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
  • The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
  • Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

On a trip to Taipei, a walk to the top of Elephant Mountain is recommended for the best views of the city's skyline and Taipei 101. The best time to climb the mountain is in the late afternoon, so you can see the sunset and enjoy the thousands of lights of the city when it gets dark.
