We entered this abandoned little castle after a big fire had raged there. Presumably the fire started in the kitchen because there was nothing left of it.
In one of the rooms, between the burned walls, the red couch stood apparently intact in all its old glory! The lamp on the table was still standing proudly and the painting above the fireplace was still there!
I found the combination of charred walls and the red couch a nice contrast, it did appeal to me!
