About ‘The frozen mudflats’ by Ton Drijfhamer
In the second week of February, the winter of 2021 was as severe as ever. A week of temperatures far below zero provided unique views along the Wadden coast. The Sunday morning of February 14 was covered in pastel shades, even before the sun came up. Despite the cutting cold I enjoyed this for a couple of hours.
