An easy way to get around Amsterdam is by bike. Here you can see a cyclist at Museumplein, which gives a good idea of daily life.

The panning technique in photography is a technique where you move the camera along with a moving subject, such as a car, cyclist or runner, while taking the picture. This keeps the subject in focus, while giving the background a moved, faded effect. This gives a strong sense of speed and movement in the photo. This technique is also used here.
