A 16:9 photo of an evening during sunset at the Old Harbor US Life-Saving Station, built in Chatham in 1897.
The station was operated by the US Coast Guard and its predecessor the US Life-Saving Service until it was decommissioned in July 1944.
The building was later obtained by the National Park Service, and in November 1977 it was moved by ship to Provincetown and now stands in the dunes at Race Point, Cape Cod, Massachusetts in the northeastern United States.
