About ‘Sunset over the floodplains of the Lek’ by Arthur Puls Photography
This picture was taken during high tide in the Dutch rivers. The sunset reflects beautifully in the water of one of the side channels in the floodplains of the river Lek, near the Lekbrug Vianen.

UTRECHT, Netherlands
Going out and clicking pictures of what I encounter is one of my passions. The challenge is to make the most of the interplay between weather, light and landscape.
On the one hand I capture the grandeur of the landscape. On the other hand I am always looking for details that I can enlarge. I always follow the light. I shoot in the surroundings of Utrecht; Amelisweerd, Krommerijnstreek, Utrechtse Heuvelrug but also regularly elsewhere in the country.
