About the artwork

Sunrise at Reynisfjara Beach. The black lava beach with the Reynisfjara rock formation travelling up from the sea. The people in the photo indicate how large and impressive the rock formations are. Reynisfjara is a striking black lava-sand beach in Iceland. This is partly why it is also known as Reynisfjara Black Beach. The elongated black beach has some special attractions. Including an impressive wall of basalt blocks and a cave. While a little further on, several stone pillars rise into the sea. A spectacular sunrise, the wind blows the clouds away so the blue sky also appears. Reynisfjara Beach is a dangerous beach, the waves can plunge far out onto the beach all of a sudden and it's soon deep at the shore, signs warn tourists. This beach is located near the village of Vík í Mýrdal, in the municipality of Mýrdalshreppur, the southernmost place in Iceland. It is also the place with the highest rainfall. Its name means something like "bay in the moor valley".

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
