About the artwork

In the Tuscan landscape, straw bales form a characteristic summer scene. After the harvest, they lie scattered across the rolling fields like golden cylinders, in tight rows or seemingly carelessly abandoned. The sun casts long shadows across the undulating terrain, while the golden yellow of the straw contrasts with the blue sky and the deep greens of cypress and olive trees.
These fields, often surrounded by winding dirt roads and old farmhouses, capture the essence of rural Tuscany: simple, warm and full of rhythm. The landscape exudes tranquillity, but also tells of age-old agricultural traditions and the closely linked life between man and nature.
Between villages like Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia and Montalcino, straw bales are not only a sign of the harvest season, but also a visual echo of life in the fields. In the warm light of the morning or the glow of the evening sun, the Tuscan landscape with straw bales becomes a living painting full of texture, colour and timeless beauty.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
