About ‘Still life with brown vase’ by Danny den Breejen

In this still life I have tried to incorporate the Rembrandt light. A brown earthenware vase with seed balls on a spruce wooden wine box. The background was later adapted. I often try to capture the atmosphere of the paintings of old masters in my still life photographs. Almost always with 1 light source from the side.
