Playa de Silencio, also known as Playa del Gavieru, presents an idyllic coastal landscape in Asturias, northern Spain. The picture shows a secluded stretch of coastline with a fascinating mix of rocks and a fine pebble beach. The clear, turquoise-coloured water stretches as far as the horizon. The rocks formed by the waves rise out of the sea and create a picturesque silhouette against the sky. Playa de Silencio owes its name to the peace and tranquillity that surrounds this place. The picture captures the peaceful atmosphere and natural beauty of this hidden gem on the Atlantic coast.
