The Kruger National Park in South Africa is one of the largest game reserves in the world. The park covers an area of about 19,485 square kilometres.
The giraffe is an imposing sight. With its long neck and mottled fur, it dominates the savannah. They feed on the leaves of tall trees. Despite their calm appearance, giraffes are alert to potential dangers.
I photographed this giraffe during an unforgettable safari in the breathtaking Kruger National Park near the Phalaborwa gate, South Africa.
Known for its pristine wilderness, the park is home to an abundance of wildlife.
