From Simca 1000 (1961-1978), at the beginning with 32 hp with 4 doors and a length of 3.48 m, however, there was also the Simca Rallye 1 and 1294-cm³-60-DIN-HP-engine which came into the program in 1970. This was immediately recognisable by the two rally zebra-strips at the rear.
In 1972 the Simca Rallye 2 was introduced. This had been produced with a 1294 cc engine and 82 hp with Solex double carburetor. It was offered in yellow-green (rally green) and in orange paint, with Cibie headlights. On top of that he got Lockheed disc brakes on all 4 wheels!
