A sheep pen is visible in the lower left of the photo. A small shed made of stone with a thatched roof, typical of Texel. Texel is a Wadden Island in the north of the Netherlands.
The little building stands on an open meadow with a forest edge in the background. Above it is mostly sky and it is dramatic, with heavy sheep clouds promising rain.
Near the sheep pen, two gulls fly.
The colors are warm: green, blue, and pink.
