About ‘Ripe on the moors’ by Mascha Boot

The details of Leusden heathland. These beautiful blades of grass have taken on a beautiful winter atmosphere due to the freezing temperatures of the Netherlands. On this heath you could linger endlessly if you wanted to. It is a still somewhat unknown part of the Netherlands but oh so beautiful. For me, this photo captures the atmosphere of the cold of the Netherlands, the splendour of nature's colours and, above all, the power of nature. The cold brings out these details of nature so beautifully. The purple colour also makes you find a hint of summer. The heather is always in bloom in summer, making it one purple meadow. The winding roads through this nature reserve give you an oasis of calm. This photo can be taken at any time of the year, and by sitting lower to the ground, you are immersed in the peace and quiet of the heathland. The colours, the road in the middle and the sky make this photo look beautiful in your living room or bedroom.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
