About ‘Raffles Singapore’ by Bart Hendrix

The Raffles Singapore is an iconic 5-star colonial-style hotel, opened in 1887 and named after the founder of modern Singapore, Sir Stamford Raffles. The hotel is known as Singapore's ' "Grand Dame" ' and was declared a national monument in 1987.
Located in the heart of the Downtown Core district, the hotel has 115 luxurious suites (after the 2019 renovation), including the famous Presidential Suites and Personality Suites. Guests have 24/7 access to the legendary Raffles Butlers. The lounge bar is where the national cocktail, the Singapore Sling (created in 1915), was born. It is the only place in Singapore where you are allowed to throw peanut shells on the floor. You can also enjoy a wonderful High Tea there.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
