This Portrait of the Planets also exists in a graphical and a photorealistic version. All three versions show the eight official planets of our solar system in the right proportions.
The Earth, with South America and Africa in the picture, is shown just right of center. Venus, almost the same size, is on the upper left. Mars, lower left, and Mercury, upper right, are much smaller.
The four other planets, all gas giants, are only partially shown because they are so large. Top left is Uranus, bottom right is Neptune, bottom left is Saturn, and top right is the largest planet in the solar system, Jupiter.
Not shown is the Sun (which is much too large) and the moons, asteroids, dwarf planets and other small bodies of the solar system (which are much too many)
