Boornzwaag (Frisian: Boarnsweach) is a village in the municipality of De Friese Meren, in the Dutch province of Friesland. It lies east of Langweer and west of Joure.
In 2021 the village had 100 inhabitants. The village also includes the hamlet Boornzwaag over de Wielen. Boornzwaag itself is also called a hamlet or neighbourhood.
Boornzwaag lies on the south bank of the Langweerderwielen and on the left bank of the Scharsterrijn. There is a marina. In the summer cyclists and pedestrians can cross the Scharsterrijn with a ferry. Near Boornzwaag is the Sweachmer mill dating from 1782.
