About the artwork

Pink and White Quince Blossom with Buds - Flowering quince is a deciduous shrub of the Rosacea family. This pink and white quince was a gift to my husband who loves quince jelly. I opted for 4 different versions of quince. However, since quince is the only one that produces large enough fruits to make jelly and quince cheese. It is also the first quince to blossom in Spring. Its fruit is the size of a standard pear and ripens to a golden yellow. It is too tart to eat in its raw form and needs to be cooked to consume.

The symbolic meaning of quince flowers is Quince is the fruit of love, fertility, and unity.

The view of this macro artwork is 45 degrees above the pink and white quince flower, giving a direct view into the quince flower onto its stamen. The flower itself is white with accents of pink at its edges. One large open blossom can be seen with tiny closed buds around all its sides with its branch moving across the frame.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
