About ‘Particular light through midsummer night.’ by Tineke Koen

Fjord Bellsund in Spitsbergen. The light suddenly became so special, almost mysterious! Even almost alienating. When I looked at my watch, I realized that the sun should have set already. However, this does not happen between 19 April and 23 August. It stays light for 24 hours. Midsummer night.
