When I walked past this pat of the forest on my way to my beloved oak trees I spotted a yellow tree in the background and a wonderfully imperfect pine tree with a broken-off branch standing in front of it. The yellow leaves of what must be a birch tree were contrasting so nicely with the blue hue of the fog caused by the fog which was lingering under a deep blue sky. It ws just one of those little scenes that I am unable to resist and I simply had to make an image. I love that the behind the two trees on the right there is another nice pine tree in the background which adds depth to this colorful scene. This image was published in On Landscape magazine
