As an amateur photographer, I usually find my subjects outdoors in nature, here in East Westphalia-Lippe in Germany, in neighbouring regions or in the Netherlands. Not everything can be captured in a photo: wind, scents, warmth, the rustling of leaves, birdsong or silence. But the photo evokes memories of what you felt and saw. The slower you travel, the more you see.
