View along the dyke to the Pilsum lighthouse. The lighthouse is a landmark of East Frisia and is best known from the film "Otto - der Außerfriesische". It is therefore one of the best-known lighthouses in Germany.
The lighthouse leans slightly to the east (in the picture on the left). Over the decades, it has been tilted by the often strong wind, as the foundation itself is not supported. This is therefore not an image error.
