About ‘On Tiptoe’ by Fabrizio Gallo

A solitary acacia stands on the edge of the salt pan, suspended between earth and sky, like a vegetal ideogram etched into the landscape.
The image is essentially terrestrial, a natural icon on the verge of visual abstraction. The subject is real, tangible, yet it sits within an almost painterly scene built on flat color fields: golden yellow from the dry grass, deep green from the canopy, vivid blue from the sky, and saline white on the horizon.
The tree, with its graphic and almost calligraphic shape, becomes a visual signature on the landscape, an elegant, decisive gesture.
The scene is highly compositional, built on precise balances between shape and color, light and matter.
The tree seems to stand on tiptoe, as if unwilling to burden the landscape.
A discreet, yet essential presence.
There is a deep solitude in this image, but no melancholy: only silent beauty, like a thought that lands without making a sound.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
