Sea-going ships pass the pier of IJmuiden on their way to the port of Amsterdam.
On a sunny day, the sea-going ships passed the pier of IJmuiden. The fishermen with their rods at the head of the pier near the harbor beacon. The fog came up from the sea at the end of the day. The bow wave tells that the ship has a nice speed.
I think it is a beautiful sight when the ships pass the piers. On a beautiful day but also when there is a strong wind. Such a picture of a seagoing ship still just at sea and almost entering the harbor. That gives a nice lively picture.
