Itmay be unrecognizable but underlying this abstract image is a photograph of the fallen leaves of a sycamore tree in autumn. I copied, rotated and mirrored that photo. I then laid the copies transparently over each other. The result is this geometric artwork in which the yellow-brown of the leaves returns as orange, with swathes of yellow, brown red and even green. The work is finished with a relief effect, to make it interesting even when seen up close.
My work can be found in the border regions of photography, painting and computer visuals. With my company 3Develop I do work in commission but I use the same techniques, skills and software to make free work.
