Roelof van der Schaaf (1952 Amsterdam) is a photographer, lighting designer, designer and art teacher who further developed his work after studying at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam, The Medway College of Design in Rochester UK, Hogeschool van Amsterdam and the Media Academy in Hilversum. Resulting in all kinds of diplomas, which he never had to show to anyone.
