American Jeep is parked in front of a military dump store and souvenir shop in the center of the village Saint Marie du Mont, located a few miles from the Utah Beach landing zone. 70 years after D-day. This photo was taken in July 2014.

1968. Lives on the edge of the most beautiful city in the Netherlands. Works at the limits of knowing. Photographs regularly since 2000, preferably with a tripod and seas of time. Makes 1000 photos to delete 950 photos. Camping, under the motto of "a holiday without sea and beach, is not a holiday". Drives alternately Volvo and Saab, in the colour black, just like I drink my coffee. Former Canon adept.
