About ‘My inner self’ by Zoltan Horvath

One day I saw myself - not figuratively, but in reality - in the reflection of a glass surface in a museum. I just sat there for a while, in front of the display case, and looked at my reflection, which was in my own shadow. It was just a reflection, and yet this moment had a deep, intellectual meaning for me.

It's not every day that you meet yourself. Some people never find themselves in life. For me, this image is like a visual representation of my own rebirth - the moment I recognised myself.

The decision to use black and white was a conscious one: without distracting colours, the eye focuses entirely on the form, the structure, on the essentials. The absence of colour lends the picture a certain drama, a quiet depth that is difficult to put into words.

For me, this photo symbolises an inner journey - pausing, asking questions, rediscovering. A silent portrait of my inner self, captured in a single, fleeting moment.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
