A colourful and weathered façade of an old building reminiscent of the picturesque architecture of Murano, Italy. The front of the building consists of two windows and a central door. The windows are fitted with wooden shutters painted in a vibrant blue colour, while the exterior wall is a sunny yellow. However, the colour has peeled off in many places, giving the building a feeling of age and decay.
The door in the centre is made of wood, with glass windows that are partially covered. To the right of the door hangs a fabric or cloth that looks loose and crumpled, as if it has been hung in the wind. The lower part of the façade shows signs of wear and tear, with exposed brickwork and peeling plaster. A small house number, "595", is attached above the door.
The overall aesthetic of the picture is charming and conveys a historic, authentic atmosphere that is typical of the island of Murano. The bright colours, combined with the signs of the times, create a unique blend of vibrancy and decay that underlines the beauty of this ancient Italian architecture.
