Cologne (German: Köln, Ripuarisch: Kölle) is an urban district (kreisfreie Stadt) and metropolis in Germany, in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, located on the Rhine, north of Bonn and south of Neuss and Düsseldorf. With 1,046,680 inhabitants[1], Cologne is the fourth largest city in Germany and the largest in North Rhine-Westphalia. About 2,500,000 people live in the conurbation. As the capital of the Regierungsbezirk Cologne and the unofficial capital of the Rhineland, Cologne's history dates back more than 2,000 years. Cologne played an important role in church and politics from the Middle Ages onwards. Formerly part of electorate Keur-Keulen, the city is famous for its rich history, cultural and architectural heritage and a number of major and international events, such as the carnival and trade fairs. Cologne also boasts a university, one of the oldest in Europe, and an airport, which it shares with Bonn.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
