One of many, many houses in Belgium left to fend for themselves when the last residents moved to a retirement home or died without heirs. In many cases, these houses quickly fall victim to theft, vandalism and sometimes even arson. This house has been spared from all that, but not from decay. Fungi have taken over the house through water infiltration, making the situation very unhealthy, but this does not alter the fact that this is the perfect environment for Urbex photography.
