McDonnell Douglas F-4 Phantom II of the Turkish Air Force.
The McDonnell F-4 Phantom II is an American-made jet fighter made by McDonnell Aircraft, later McDonnell Douglas.
This fighter was one of the best jet fighters during the Cold War. Among other things, the plane was nicknamed Mig killer because it shot down quite a few Mig fighters during the Vietnam War.
The F-4 in the picture belongs to the Turkish Air Force and features a special livery to mark 50 years of F-4 Phantom in service with the Turkish Air Force.
This picture was taken on 16 November 2024 in a low flying area in Türkiye.
The ISO value of this photo is 1600. This is too high according to the guidelines of Work on the Wall.
The photo was taken with a Sony A1 camera, I suppressed the noise in post-processing. In my opinion, this reduced the noise to an acceptable level.
