Mercedes with the 600-label have flown out of the dealer for a lot more, the V12 in those models ensured a nice high energy label and thus extra BPM and other nonsense. The price of the Maybach GLS seems reasonable for a Mercedes with a 600 on its bum side. The disadvantage is that the 600 is not a V12 anymore, but "just" the well-known 4.0 V8. With 558 bhp it is willing to move forward, but a V12 still has something special. Nevertheless, this is closer to two tons. It's Mercedes' most expensive SUV, but the margin isn't huge.
