About ‘In Spanish spheres’ by Harry Stok

Somewhere in a small Spanish village is this narrow street. Largely still populated with elderly residents, many such streets and houses are overgrown with plants and flowers. The architecture is clearly from the southern regions. Inspiration is something that comes to mind at the craziest moments, in this case I was working on something else in various styles of artists/painters.

And then suddenly you get a thought of if I generate a street somewhere in an old French village, what can I do with that? So that's how I started, then you start looking at further interpretation, So adding people and animals. But you're not done with that yet, then the editing part comes around the corner. Setting the various items free (making them transperant), setting up the composition, placing the various items in the image and editing.

And all this is in your head, and is digitally designed and realised through text. In this way, you learn to think about a lot of things as a human being, socialisation, aging, architecture and more. Special technique here is the Midjourney Ai bot, as well as digital editing software like Affinity Photo.
