Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.

High mountain landscape with pilgrims, Joos de Momper (1635)

The bright blue of the sky characterizes the atmosphere of Joos de Mompers landscape painting, but the view into the depths of a wild rugged mountain landscape is obscured by the mountains in the foreground, which do not seem very realistic. This allows the viewer to focus entirely on the winding path in the foreground, where small and vulnerable-looking hikers and peasants on donkeys make their way through the bizarre rock formations of this inhospitable-looking nature. In the rosy light of the rising sun, three pilgrims, recognizable by their sticks and badges, seem to be setting off again on their way after leaving a humble inn. One of them points the direction with his hand.
