About ‘Heat’ by Truckpowerr

Fire is the whole of light phenomena and heat development that occurs when a combustible substance undergoes an oxidation reaction at a high temperature. By heating and decomposing neighboring matter, flammable gases are released, which themselves oxidize and generate heat, thus maintaining the process itself. The heat generation causes convection, a vertical airflow due to Archimedes' law, because the heated gases expand and therefore decrease in density. The light from the fire is generally caused by very hot glowing soot particles and gives a characteristic flame spectrum. The brown parts of the fire are caused by soot that is no longer glowing and which absorbs part of the light of the flame behind it. In case of uncontrolled expansion one speaks of a fire. The smallest unit of a fire is called a flame. The carbon dioxide formed during the combustion of fossil fuels plays an important role in the increased greenhouse effect.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
